Consultations are bulk billed for patients who hold a valid Medicare Card. However, fees are charged for minor surgical procedures, iron infusion and some vaccinations.

Level B - $65 After hours and weekend rate $80
Level C – $90 After hours and weekend rate $100
level D – $130 After hours and weekend rate $150
PRIVATE FEES FOR REPEAT REGULAR SCRIPTS- [ WITHIN 3 MONTHS ] – $25
IRON INFUSION - $165 Private flu vaccine - $20
Travel vaccine ( Yellow fever) - $125
Fees are payable on the day of consultation. Cash, EFTPOS, MasterCard or Visa card are accepted.
Patients in genuine financial hardship should talk to their doctor, as no patient will be turned away due to financial hardship.

We encourage you to make an appointment before arrival. We do our best to address your needs in a timely manner. For all appointments please phone 9481 7773 or book appointments online through our web site ( www.wphmedicalcentre.com.au).
Walk in appointments are available. We request that patients report to reception staff upon your arrival. Despite our best intentions, we sometimes run late due to unexpected urgent attention required
by some patient. We appreciate your consideration in this matter and assure you that when it comes to your turn the Doctor will give your problem the time it deserves.
Appointments are at 15-minute intervals. Longer consultations are also available. If you need to see the Doctor for more complex issues, please indicate this to the receptionist so that a longer appointment can be made. Emergencies and sick children will be given priority. Please advise reception
If you are running late for an appointment, please be courteous of others and contact the practice to cancel or change your appointment. Unattended appointment where contact has not been made by the patient will be considered as payable.
Every effort will be made for you to make an appointment with your usual Doctor, however sometimes this is not possible if your Doctor is not available. An alternative Doctor will be offered and if this is not satisfactory an alternative appointment date will be given when your Doctor is back on duty.
Telephone Calls and Communication:
Your doctor is accessible by phone, However, we ask that calls be kept short to avoid disrupting other scheduled consultations. If your doctor is with a patient, a message will be taken and your call returned as soon as possible.
